Steve Vander Meulen co-founded WaitWell because he believes strongly in the power of technology to drive efficiency and innovation within all industries. He has been building and commercializing enterprise software for some of Canada’s top tech companies, including Intuit and SMART Technologies, for more than 25 years. As the CEO of WaitWell, Steve leads sales, partnerships, investor relations and product development.


Shannon is a subject matter expert in service delivery optimization. She is adept at leveraging technology to streamline processes. Before co-founding WaitWell, Shannon owned and managed a large government registry office. She also has 15+ years of classroom experience in Higher Education. Shannon leads the marketing team at WaitWell to build awareness of WaitWell and how queue, booking and workflow technology can improve service for customers, staff and administration at busy service locations everywhere.


With over 40 years of IT experience, Steve Drew has designed, developed and implemented all types of software solutions, from enterprise applications to mobile apps. Steve is passionate about harnessing the power of technology to help enterprise organizations boost efficiency and lower costs. Steve is a co-founder at WaitWell and also the Chief Technology Officer, leading a team of developers who are focused on building and evolving the world’s leading queue and booking platform for busy service locations.
