Shannon is a subject matter expert in service delivery optimization who is adept at leveraging technology to streamline processes. Before co-founding WaitWell, she owned and managed a large government registry office, where she saw firsthand the problems that long waits and inefficient processes create for customers and staff. She started WaitWell to solve them. Shannon also spent 15+ years teaching in higher education. Today, she leads WaitWell's marketing team, building awareness of how queue, booking, and workflow technology can improve service for customers, staff, and administrators at busy service locations everywhere.
