The new WaitWell client app UI is now live!
We’ve launched a brand-new look for the WaitWell Client App – and it’s designed with you in mind. The updated interface brings a cleaner, more modern design that makes it easier than ever to navigate, interact, and stay informed.
Whether you’re checking in, viewing your place in line, or accessing services, the experience is now smoother and more user-friendly on any device.

What’s new?

No changes to how you use the app
This was a visual update only – everything you’re used to is still right where it was. There are:

- No additional costs
- No impact on your device or browser
